What is the shelf life of your sausage seasonings and cures?
Most of our seasonings and cures have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the 'Best By' date on the individual packaging for specific guidance.
Do you offer shipping across North America?
Yes, we ship our products throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.
Can I return equipment like meat grinders or stuffers?
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened casings, spices, or used machinery.
How do I know which casing size to choose for my project?
Casing size depends on the type of sausage: 19-21mm is ideal for snack sticks, 28-32mm for bratwursts or Italian sausages, and larger fibrous casings are best for summer sausage or salami.
