Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our warehouse facility, noting the RA number clearly on the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
