Beef Burger Binder – Pre-Mix
Unit: 710 grams – intended for 25 lbs of raw meat emulsion

Create perfectly bound, flavourful beef burgers with this classic binder blend. Featuring savory spices, onion, and garlic, it helps hold your patties together while enhancing the taste and texture for a juicy, delicious bite every time.

Instructions:

For 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of meat:
Mix entire seasoning packet with 25 lbs of cold ground meat.
Add 500–750 ml (2–3 cups) of cold water gradually, mixing until evenly combined and slightly tacky.
Form into patties of consistent size and thickness.
Optional: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before cooking to help patties firm up and develop flavour.

For 5 lbs (2.27 kg) of meat:
Use approximately 1/5 of the seasoning packet (around 68–70 g).
Add 100–150 ml (about 7–10 tbsp) of cold water, mixing thoroughly until tacky.
Form into patties and chill before cooking if desired.
