Prime Rib Burger Mix – Pre-Mix
Unit: 590 grams – intended for 25 lbs of raw meat emulsion
Capture the rich, hearty flavour of prime rib in your burgers with this savory mix. Crafted with premium spices and beef stock, it enhances every bite while keeping patties juicy and perfectly formed.
Instructions:
For 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of meat:
Mix entire seasoning packet with 25 lbs of cold ground meat.
Add 500–750 ml (2–3 cups) of cold water gradually, mixing until evenly combined and slightly tacky.
Form into patties of consistent size and thickness.
Optional: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before cooking to help patties firm up and develop flavour.
For 5 lbs (2.27 kg) of meat:
Use approximately 1/5 of the seasoning packet (around 68–70 g).
Add 100–150 ml (about 7–10 tbsp) of cold water, mixing thoroughly until tacky.
Form into patties and chill before cooking if desired.
