Smokey Bacon Burger Binder – Pre-Mix

Elevate your burgers with the rich, smoky flavour of bacon in every bite! This Smokey Bacon Burger Binder adds unbeatable taste and helps your patties stay juicy and perfectly formed.

Instructions:

For 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of meat:
Mix entire seasoning packet with 25 lbs of cold ground meat.
Add 500–750 ml (2–3 cups) of cold water gradually, mixing until evenly combined and slightly tacky.
Form into patties of consistent size and thickness.
Optional: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before cooking to help patties firm up and develop flavour.

For 5 lbs (2.27 kg) of meat:
Use approximately 1/5 of the seasoning packet (around 68–70 g).
Add 100–150 ml (about 7–10 tbsp) of cold water, mixing thoroughly until tacky.
Form into patties and chill before cooking if desired.

Tacky texture helps patties hold together without filler. Adjust seasoning to taste for small batches.
