Craft a hearty and classic burger with this Salisbury Steakette Burger Seasoning. Infused with the rich flavours of toasted wheat crumbs, dehydrated onion, and carefully selected spices, itβs perfect for a comforting and flavourful patty that pairs beautifully with any gravy or topping.
Instructions:
For 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of meat:
Mix entire seasoning packet with 25 lbs of cold ground meat.
Add 500β750 ml (2β3 cups) of cold water gradually, mixing until evenly combined and slightly tacky.
Form into patties of consistent size and thickness.
Optional: Refrigerate for 1β2 hours before cooking to help patties firm up and develop flavour.
For 5 lbs (2.27 kg) of meat:
Use approximately 1/5 of the seasoning packet (around 68β70 g).
Add 100β150 ml (about 7β10 tbsp) of cold water, mixing thoroughly until tacky.
Form into patties and chill before cooking if desired.
