Charburger Burger Mix – Pre-Mix

Achieve that classic charbroiled flavour with this mix, featuring toasted wheat crumbs and smoke flavour to create a burger that’s juicy, savory, and satisfying. Perfect for grilling or frying, it’ll enhance your burger creations with authentic taste.

Instructions:

For 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of meat:
Mix entire seasoning packet with 25 lbs of cold ground meat.
Add 500–750 ml (2–3 cups) of cold water gradually, mixing until evenly combined and slightly tacky.
Form into patties of consistent size and thickness.
Optional: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before cooking to help patties firm up and develop flavour.

For 5 lbs (2.27 kg) of meat:
Use approximately 1/5 of the seasoning packet (around 68–70 g).
Add 100–150 ml (about 7–10 tbsp) of cold water, mixing thoroughly until tacky.
Form into patties and chill before cooking if desired.
